Athletic events, dress-up days, and coronation are all on the schedule for this week’s Sigourney Homecoming. The events and festivities began on Monday with students dressing up from head to toe in America gear while cheering on the volleyball and JV football teams. Dress-up days for the rest of the week include country versus country club day, workout Wednesday, throwback Thursday, and spirit day on Friday. Wednesday night will feature the homecoming parade in downtown Sigourney, with Boom Night and coronation of the homecoming king and queen to follow. 

Members of this year’s homecoming court are: Sydney Atwood, Sidney Morse, Alyssa Landgrebe, Lily Schmidt, Maltese Thomas, Mason Moore, Josh Mohr, & Alex Dobbins. The Sigourney-Keota football team will wrap up the fun-filled week with their homecoming matchup against Van Buren beginning at 7 p.m.
