South Iowa Cedar League play starts up for the Sigourney volleyball team tomorrow when they make a trip to face Lynnville-Sully.

The Savages are 2-5 overall and are coming off of a split of four matches in the English Valleys tournament over the weekend. The team is led offensively by Kaylee Weber with 31 kills while Brooklyn Hemsley has 58 assists and has been successful on 66 of 70 serves with eight aces. Madelynn Hornback paces the defense with 53 digs and Madison Richard has 26. 

The Hawks have done some damage to start the season with a 4-0 record and they swept Colo-Nesco last night. Korinne Jansen has registered 26 kills, Cayler Noun Harder has dished out 45 assists, and the senior also has 30 digs. 

The action begins at 7 p.m. tomorrow at Lynnville-Sully High School.
