A Washington man was arrested in East Moline on a Washington County warrant early Tuesday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 2:26 a.m. law enforcement arrested 27-year-old Michael Allen Bryant on four warrants. He was wanted for a sex offender registration violation second or subsequent violation, as well as three warrants for violation of probation. Total bond is $11,000 cash only. A detainer has been placed with the Rock Island County Jail with Washington County.

According to the Iowa Sex Offender Registry he was convicted in Illinois in 2011 of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, the victim was under 13 years old.
