Field Agronomist Rebecca Vittetoe reminds people to be safe and give farmers extra room, “For those who aren’t in the fields farming, just be aware that if you are driving that there is going to be some extra equipment on the roads. And so, just be aware of that and give them their space. It’s always a good reminder from a safety perspective that there is extra equipment.” Anticipate machinery on both gravel and paved roads as farmers go from one field to another to get this year’s crop in the ground.
