An illustrious basketball career in Sigourney was capped off with recognition by the state, as Megan Stuhr was recently named to the 2020 Iowa Girls Coaches Association All State Team.

The senior was named to the third team in class 1A. Stuhr reached the 1,000-career point barrier in the team’s final home game and her 21 points per night this year ranked second in the SICL. She did a little bit of everything as the general on the floor including hauling in 102 rebounds, dishing out 64 assists, creating 78 steals, and managing 44 blocks.

Stuhr helped the Savages to an 18-5 season.
