Dr. Jill Biden, wife of former Vice President Joe Biden, will be visiting Sigourney on Monday, January 20th during a busy Iowa tour. Dr. Biden will be at Barn Wired on 119 E Marion St., doors will open at 10 a.m. and the event has a start time of 10:15 a.m. The former Second Lady will also be visiting citizens in Oskaloosa and then traveling to Des Moines to attend the Iowa Brown and Black Presidential Forum.
