Kent Blossom will make a return to the diamond for Hillcrest Academy this summer. Blossom was named head coach of the Raven softball team last week. He served as head coach of the program from 2002-2007 before transitioning to head baseball coach from 2008-2012. As a head softball coach he compiled an overall record of 57-137. In 2012, he guided the IMS baseball to a district championship and substate final appearance, coming up one out shy of a state tournament bid.
