Celebration of life services for 72-year-old James T. “Jim” Knowles of Washington will be Sunday, December 8th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home. Calling hours will begin at 2p.m. Saturday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 4-6p.m. Saturday. Military honors will be accorded by members of the United States Naval Academy. Memorials have been established for the Portsmouth Submarine Memorial Association.
