Two Sigourney volleyball players recently received postseason recognition by the South Iowa Cedar League being named all conference.

Makenna Hammes and Madelynn Hornback were recognized as honorable mention. Hammes was second on the team in kills with 96 including 1.43 per set. She was also a force at the net with 49 blocks that ranks seventh in the league. Hornback led the team with 230 digs and was successful on 93% of her serves. She recorded 39 aces on the season.

The Savages finished 7-19 and lose Hammes, Shelby Stein, and Heidi Clarahan to graduation.
