Following multiple car burglaries in Ainsworth a man has been arrested and charged. According to the Washington County Communications Office, on Monday the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Darrian Lee Nicholson of Ainsworth. He was charged with ongoing criminal conduct – unlawful activity. Ongoing criminal conduct is a class B felony and car burglary in the third degree is an aggravated misdemeanor. The felony is punishable by up to 25 years in prison. He was taken to the Washington County Jail and bond is $25,000 cash only. The last week of August there were at least 20 burglary and theft reports from someone going through vehicles.
