A multi-million dollar bond measure in the Highland School District was approved Tuesday. The $3.7 million bond measure will cover the costs of upgrading windows and HVAC at the high school and middle school building, upgrading the elementary school playground, and expanding storage for the fine arts department. The special election vote had 71% of the votes in favor. Ballots were tallied and 420 voters were in support and 169 voted against.
