A vehicle struck and killed a bicyclist on Highway 61 and authorities are asking the public for help with the investigation. According to the Muscatine Police Department, at about 4:50 a.m. Monday, Devin Estabrook of Letts was on a bicycle northbound on Highway 61 when he was struck by an unknown vehicle also traveling north on the highway. The crash happened near the intersection with 41st Street South in Muscatine. The vehicle did not stop.

Anyone with information about the crash or vehicle is asked to contact the Muscatine Police Department by phone or through a private message on their Facebook Page. The Iowa State Patrol is the primary investigating agency and is being assisted by the Muscatine Police Department.
