A season sweep of Winfield-Mt. Union was on the minds of Highland baseball players Monday night and they did just that winning 10-0 in six innings.

The Huskies had little trouble restarting the offense scoring in the second, third, fifth, and sixth inning to come out with the win. Trey Lasek and Jacob Leonard each had three hits with two RBI to lead a 12-hit Huskie offense. Bill Laughlin added three hits and three runs scored. Jordan Sosa picked up the win on the hill tossing five shutout innings only giving up two hits and two walks.

Highland improves to 9-7 while WMU is now 1-14.
