The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk baseball and softball teams will meet the Belleuve Comets Monday in a River Valley Conference cross over game. The Golden Hawk baseball team is 9-7 on the year after a 6-3 win over Anamosa on Thursday. For the season, the Hawks are hitting .244 as a team, led by Brad Tornow and his .446 average. The Golden Hawks have a team ERA of 3.15 led by 0.53 and a 3-0 record across 26 innings for Tornow.

Bellevue comes in with a 9-9 overall record. The Comets beat West Liberty on Thursday 13-5. For the season Bellevue is hitting .290 as a team, led by Andrew Swartz with a .396 average. They have a team ERA of 5.79, led by Cole Swartz with a 4-1 record and 3.38 ERA in 29 innings. These two teams met a year ago with Mid-Prairie winning 3-2.

The Mid-Prairie softball team is 6-14 overall. In their last game they were beaten by Anamosa 9-4. On the season, the Golden Hawks are hitting .217 as a team, led by Rylee Vercande with a .324 average. In the circle, the Golden Hawks have a team ERA of 4.45 with Myah Lugar leading the way at 2-3 on the year in 38 innings with a 3.50 ERA.

Bellevue enters play with an overall record of 0-23. Last time out they were beaten by West Liberty 12-0. On the season, Bellevue is hitting .183 as a team led by Rylie Pickett with a .343 average. They have a team ERA of 19 led by Erin Sprank with a 15 ERA and 0-10 record in 45 innings of work. These two teams met a year ago with Bellevue taking a 5-2 win.
