After being swept by Fairfield earlier in the year, the Washington softball team will look to return the favor tonight in a Southeast Conference doubleheader on the road.

The Demons are riding high winning five of their last six contests including a dramatic doubleheader sweep of Fort Madison on Thursday. Kellie Dallmeyer is leading the 13-8 Demons with 18 runs knocked in and a .466 batting average. Alexa Mitchell, Molly Sparks, and Cara Linnenkamp have teamed up to have a 2.30 ERA in the circle. The Trojans are 13-10 and they lost to Oskaloosa 10-4 on Saturday. Hannah Simpson supports a .507 batting average and Allison Rebling has been lights out pitching a 1.73 ERA including 124 strikeouts. Fairfield beat Washington 4-0 and 5-2 back in May.
