A Washington woman was arrested following an early morning wreck on Highway 218 Monday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 12:23 a.m. a vehicle drove into the ditch along the northbound lanes of Highway 218 near Riverside. The driver was 48-year-old Teresa Lynn Shepherd. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated first offense. There were no injuries. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel, Washington County Ambulance, Riverside Fire Department, and Riverside QRS responded to the scene.
