Two businesses had ribbon cutting ceremonies in Washington this week. A new restaurant in Halcyon House is open and a ribbon was cut Tuesday. Circa 59 is the name of the restaurant and it is open to the public Monday through Friday for lunch and supper, and a Sunday brunch is available. A second ribbon was cut Tuesday for Archer Appliance Electronics for the business’s 30th anniversary. Both events were held with Washington Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.
