ims-3

After weather wiped out competition last week, the Iowa Mennonite School boys and girls golf teams are back on the course Monday when they welcome Mediapolis to Kalona.

Both IMS teams were last in action Monday when they hosted Lone Tree at the Kalona Golf Course. IMS did not post a team score against the Lions but were led by Trevor Leyden’s medalist round of 40. London Schrock was medalist runner-up with a 43 and Cole Roth shot 56. Kennedy Roth posted a 68 for the IMS girls.

The Mediapolis boys come in with a 217 average per nine holes. The Bulldogs are led by Tyler Samuel and Keegan Akers with matching 48 averages. For the Bullettes, they have a 250 average per nine holes led by Ruthie Jahn at 47 strokes per nine holes. Action begins at 4p.m. and continues into the evening at the Kalona Golf Course.
