An SUV rolled and semis jackknifed in Washington County along Highway 218 Monday morning. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 7:56 a.m. an SUV rolled near 295th Street and one person complained of head pain. Washington County Ambulance, Washington Sheriff’s personnel, Iowa State Patrol, Crawfordsville Fire Department, and Washington Rescue responded. The driver was Roxann Davis of Kahoka, Missouri, and there was no medical transport. Less than an hour later at 8:44 a.m. a semi jackknifed on Highway 218 near 240th Street and blocked traffic with the tractor in the median. Two other vehicles went in the ditch nearby and were pulled out. At 9:18 a.m. a semi jackknifed and a vehicle went in the ditch near 240th. That semi was able to correct and get back on the roadway, as did the other vehicle.
