A donation has been made to help lower the cost of enrollment for all Washington County 4-H members. The Washington County Farm Bureau donated $2 toward each 4-H member’s enrollment fees. The donation for $800 was presented by Washington County Farm Bureau President Tye Rinner. Washington County 4-H and Youth Coordinator Amy Green says this donation helps keep fees affordable for more families to participate. With this gift and other fundraising efforts in Washington County, families only have to pay $8 annually for 4-H from the $35 bill that comes from Iowa State University.
