For the 10th week in a row, Iowa is not experiencing any drought conditions. At this time last year, 71% of Iowa was abnormally dry and 8.1% of the state was in moderate drought. Currently, the entire Midwest region only has 0.5% abnormally dry, those areas are in southwest Missouri and far northwest Minnesota. Locally, area river levels are well below flood stage for the Iowa River, English River, and Skunk River. Listen to KCII for weather updates.
