Lone Tree blasted Columbus in each team’s final game before the holiday break, posting an 83-30 win.

Lone Tree got out fast, going up 22-11 after the first frame. The second quarter also belonged to the Lions outscoring the Wildcats 26-4 in the second eight minutes to take a 48-15 lead into the locker room. Lone Tree would put things away with a 19-2 run that spanned the entire fourth quarter. Harmon Miller led the Lions in the win with 21 points, Keegan Edwards added 14 and Caleb Viers 11. All 13 Lone Tree players scored in the win. Justus Lekwa led the Wildcats with 10. Lone Tree is 3-5 going into break while Columbus falls to 1-8.
