Memorial service for 89-year-old Alta Maxted of Washington, formerly of Sigourney will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday (10/6) at the Sigourney United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be from 11-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the church. A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Sigourney is caring for Alta and her family.
