The 2018 Washington County Fair is in the books. It was a week of family fun and entertainment on the fairgrounds.
On Sunday, Katie Palmer was named the 2018 Washington County Fair Queen. The 9/11 NEVER FORGET Memorial made its way to Washington with an escort from local authorities on Saturday and stayed at the fairgrounds for patrons Sunday, Monday and Tuesday with large crowds seeing the display. Local 4H and FFA members showed their projects throughout the week and participated in Friday’s livestock auction. Evening headline entertainment included the tractor-truck pull, Grand River Rodeo, and moto cross. The KCII Big Red Radio was on the fairgrounds broadcasting live Sunday through Friday at this year’s Washington County Fair.
