Nearly $90,000 was awarded across 46 grants by the Washington County Riverboat Foundation Wednesday.

Each summer the foundation hosts a mini grant program where area non-profits may request up to $2,000 for a small project they’d like to complete. The 46 grants included a variety of projects from school house restoration by the Washington County Fair Association to emergency scene signage for Washington County Emergency Management, and an outdoor activity area for Lending Hands Adult Day Center.
