The search continues for WACO School District’s next superintendent.

Board President Tim Graber says no applicants have been selected for interviews yet. WACO is reaching out to surrounding districts for a sharing opportunity. Graber says the district is open to having a superintendent in a part time or interim capacity, and they are looking at possible assistance from the Grant Wood Area Education Agency. WACO’s current superintendent Jeff Dicks is resigning effective June 30 and at the time the current sharing agreement with Washington is ending. The WACO School Board’s next meeting is on June 18.
