Two vehicles collided and airbags deployed at a wreck in Washington Tuesday night.

As heard live from the scene on KCII, at about 5:10 p.m. a car and an SUV collided at South 12th Avenue and East Washington Street in front of the United Presbyterian Home. According to the Washington County Communications Office, the two drivers involved were Laura Hoffman of Washington and Gloriela Danielson of Conesville. Hoffman was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway. Traffic was reduced to one lane while crews cleaned up the scene. Washington Police, Washington Fire Department, and Washington Rescue assisted at the scene. The ambulance did not transport anyone from the wreck.
