The Sigourney Savages and the Highland Huskies girl’s track team will compete at the Drake Relays on Friday in the 4×100.

The Savages 4×100 team of Summer Barthelman, Heidi Clarahan, Brooke Waecther, and Autum Barthelman qualified 64th out of the 80 teams represented. The top qualifier for the event is Wahlert Catholic of Dubuque.

The Huskies 4×100 team of Sarah Schneider, Aly Stokes, Kristy Thomann, and Emily Yahnke qualified 47th. Yahnkee also qualified 13th out of 24 qualifiers for the long jump. The top qualifier for this event is Erin McQuillen of Bettendorf.

The long jump will start at 9:30 in the morning. The Girls 4×100 is scheduled to start at 5:30 in the afternoon.
