Celebration of life services for 80-year-old Paul A. Nebel of Wellman, formerly of Wayland, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday (2/2) at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday (2/2). Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
