Iowa Mennonite School’s own Levi Geyer competed at the class 1A boys state cross country meet in Fort Dodge Saturday.

Geyer finished the race in 25th place with his time of 17:27. This follows his 13th place performance at the state qualifier meet in Cedar Rapids. Geyer was the fourth runner from the Cedar Rapids site to cross the finish line on Saturday in Fort Dodge.  Geyer is the first IMS runner to participate at the state meet since 2014 when Renee Buckwalter, Riley Schmeider and Kirby Shetler.
