Celebration of life services for 62-year-old Effie “Naomi” Dameron of Washington will be held 10 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2016, at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin 11:00 a.m. Sunday, October 9, 2016 at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. Memorials have been established for Washington County Hospice.
