When you have a question and can’t come up with the answer, what do you do – Google it. When looking for businesses on Google, hours of operation, services, an address and photos can be found, and all of those things can be controlled by the business owner.

Sarah Grunewaldt, director of Main Street Washington, says her office was approached by the Small Business Development Center to hold this free Google workshop in Washington. Attendees will learn how to update their information on Google and how to add photos.

Those interested in attending should contact the Main Street Washington office. The workshop is being held at the Washington Public Library Monday (9/19) from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Participants are asked to bring a lap top, tablet or cell phone to complete their Google page.
