Celebration of life services for 94-year-old Dale Smith of Washington will be held at 11 a.m. Monday (4/4) at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A private internment will be held at Friends Cemetery in Richland. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for the All Veterans Memorial Association of Washington, Hospice of Washington County, and the Avalon House at Halcyon House.
