The Winfield-Mt. Union volleyball team dropped a Southeast Iowa Super Conference match Tuesday night at Wapello in four sets.

The Arrows topped the Wolves by scores of 26-24, 19-25, 25-18 and 25-22. On the night Winfield-Mt. Union was led by Pearl Krieger-Coble with 14 kills, Caitlin Jamison finished with 24 assists, her big night pushed her past the 1,000 career assist mark, becoming only the fifth Winfield-Mt. Union player to achieve the feat. Kara Wade and Sophie Kongable combined for a perfect 30 for 30 night from the service line with five aces. Cassidy Lennie led the Wolves defense with 16 digs. With the loss Winfield-Mt. Union falls to 17-15 on the year, 6-3 in the SEISC. The Wolves will next be in action Tuesday, October 20th when they host Burlington, Notre Dame in the first round of the playoffs.
