Celebration of life services for 94-year-old Philip J. “Phil” Kneen of Washington will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday (8/22) at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours begin Friday (8/21) at noon at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m.. Interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to the Washington Centennial Fountain in Central Park, Hospice of Washington County, and the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund.
