The Wellman Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is holding its annual carnival today. The Wellman Elementary Carnival is being held from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The games will be free, and a freewill offering is going to be accepted for the meal. There is also a bake sale planned. Proceeds from the freewill donations go toward the projects parents and teachers collaborate on. Some of the proceeds from last year’s carnival went to the PTO’s effort to resurface the playground.
