Before kids head back to school Monday, they can burn off some excess energy by going roller skating. New Life Community Church is sponsoring their $1 Skate at the Wellman Rec Center, something they host on the first Sunday of the month October through May.

New Life Pastor Aaron Fleming says the event they started a few years ago draws 60 to 80 children each time they hold it.

The $1 Skate will run from 1 to 3 tomorrow afternoon.
