A party for the bowl game the University of Iowa’s football team is taking part in is being hosted at a former Mid-Prairie school building. The West Chester Heritage Association is holding the Iowa Bowl Party at what’s now referred to as the West Chester Community Center.

Dean Greiner is the vice president of the heritage association.  He says there will be food, bags and they’ll have the game on a few big screen TVs. Doors open at 1.

The Iowa Hawkeyes will face the Tennessee Volunteers in the bowl game being played in Jacksonville, Florida. Kickoff is set to take place at 2:20.
