Tyler Lane Ousey was arrested yesterday for the offense of lascivious acts with a child. The 19-year-old Washington man was arrested last night in the 600 block of East Washington Street. Bond was set at $5,000. His record shows possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct, according to Iowa Courts Online.
