A Wellman resident has been arrested in connection with an incident in Johnson County over the weekend. At around 5:30 Saturday morning, 37-year-old Martin F Hammen was arrested at a home on Hannah Jo Court in Iowa City. According to Iowa City Police, Hammen is charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Domestic Abuse Assault, 1st Degree Harassment, Interference with Official Acts, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Child Endangerment with no injury.
