The retrial of a man accused of murdering his wife in May 2012 is scheduled to begin Monday. Seth Andrew Techel’s trial will be held at the Henry County Courthouse following a mistrial this spring and a request to move the trial out of Wapello County. According to online court records, Techel is charged with two felonies, first degree murder and nonconsensual termination of a pregnancy.

The victim, 23-year-old Lisa Techel, was found shot to death at a home, near the town of Agency, on May 26th of last year.
