A local vineyard is busy turning this fall’s harvest into wine. According to Mike Vincent, co-owner of Wooden Wheel Vineyards, they finished harvesting their grapes yesterday. He says the fermentation process is done for some of the wine he’s making. He says the white wine will sit for two to three months. The red wine will be aged for eight months up to two years. Wooden Wheel Vineyards is located in rural Keota.
