The 103rd Annual Brighton Whoopee Days continues today. At 6 this evening, the Lake Darling Saddle Club will hold their Fun Show at the Horse Arena and the street dance will run from 9pm until 1am. Tomorrow the parade is at 10am, the mud run will follow, and country musician Terry Smith will perform at 6:30, to go along with this year’s theme, County Roots & Cowboy Boots.
The festival is organized by the Brighton Chamber of Commerce with the help of volunteers, and funded by donations from businesses and community members. Nancy Adrian, with the chamber, says most of the events take place in central park.
