Washington’s Relay for Life and the 5k and 10k races before called Running to Relay will be held June 15th. The 5k and 10k will begin at 9 a.m. at Central Park in Washington. Those interested in participating are still able to sign up, and can do so as late as the day of the race at the registration table in Central Park. In addition, all race participants will receive a free ticket to attend the Kiwanis Am’ers Pancake Breakfast, which is held from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Methodist Church. The breakfast is open to the public with an $8 suggested donation, with all proceeds going to Washington County Relay for Life.
