In preparation for today’s snowfall, road crews worked yesterday to clear streets of snow from last week’s wintry storm.

Yesterday, J.J. Bell, maintenance and construction supervisor of the City of Washington stated that crews were equipping vehicles for the incoming winter storm. In preparation, they also checked that trucks were working properly, had blades ready to go and were loaded with salt.

He added that he appreciates the work that his crews do during inclement weather.
