Now that fall has arrived, cooler weather will follow providing a better chance at catching fish in area waterways.  Chad Dolan, Fisheries Biologist at Marr Park says fish will move closer to shore as they start to prepare for survival over the winter.

He says some anglers were successful in catching channel catfish over the summer when the temps did cool off some.

Dolan adds as the water temperature starts to cool down, fish will become more active making them easier to catch.
