Some southeast Iowans have been chosen to be part of a coalition for a Congressional candidate.  John Archer has picked nine people from Washington County, one from Keokuk County and two from Louisa County as part of the Farmers and Agricultural Professionals for Archer.  Archer says this is “an example of businesses needing an environment in which they can do long-term strategic planning.”

He adds having these people in his district he can call on for advice and support is exciting.  Archer is running against Dave Loebsack in the November General Election for the District 2 Congressional seat in Washington, DC.
