The Iowa Adult Day Service Association is looking for nominees to be recognized for their excellence in the support or delivery of Adult Day Services.

There are four awards to be won, each emphasizing different aspects of the job. Nominees should in some way be improving the field of adult day services. There are certain things that need to be included in each nomination, more information on that can be found by contacting Jim at 319-339-6162.
