Washington County Public Health is getting ready to host their final flu shot clinics. Program Director Chrystal Woller says the vaccine that is being used is the same strain as last year’s.

Woller says those at a higher risk of catching the flu are children age six months to 18 years of age, pregnant women, anyone over the age of 50, those with chronic medical conditions and residents of nursing homes.

She says the vaccine will last through the entire flu season and into next year.  To find out the times when the flu shots will be given, follow this link here.
