The Keota City Council is holding a special meeting today, to address a letter from the DNR regarding their sewer system. City Clerk Nikki Osweiler says Keota received papers stating that their sewer system is not in compliance with the levels that are required for the city’s permit.

Keota City Council members are hoping to discuss a plan of action and estimated cost with a representative of the DNR. The meeting will be held at the Wilson Memorial Library at 6:00 pm.
